NO PLACE LIKE HOME (2018)
AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE
There is a relaxed feeling throughout this project, and it truly reflective of Isai’s attitude about life. Morales has taken the time to fine-tune his sound into a futuristic, stoner concerto, attracting new listeners with every drop. Whether he’s producing or getting assists from AirKalo, The Grinde, Malodeseos, 2DeepMusica, Beez#1, Emilio Morales and Crewsheff, he’s here to gift us his humble take on this journey.
The features on here are from Morales’ home team, Novakeng, Jess Gallo and Joei Razook. It just seems like working with these acts converts into the most honest music, and no inhibitions are holding their talents back. “Late In The Evening” with Joei is a different style from both of these artists, but their experimentation pushes the limits to our chagrin. The title track “No Place Like Home” is the most abrasive attitude that Isai gives to us, but he still stays smooth in his refined lane.
Overall, this is one of my favorite projects of the year because of how labor-intensive it was, though it doesn’t sound like it was forced. Isai Morales is just letting all the pieces fall into place until then he’ll be rolling some herb and enjoying the view.

ISAI (2018)
AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE
Every time we hear from Dayton's Isai Morales, our predictions of him being one of the best Ohio has to offer stand true. Isai rarely dissapoints, and with the release of his new project, "ISAI" he's continuing his hot streak in style. Coming nine tracks strong, Isai tapped producers Kellbender, Crewsheff, MTD and himself to set the vibes on the project which features guest appearances from Joei Razook, Yogi Split, Novakeng and Suicide Rascal. A lot of work went into piecing this body of work together, so be sure to give the new album multiple spins. Check it out.
